TRAVEL COORDINATORS SHOULD BUILD THEIR OWN PROFILES FIRST.  If you are building profiles for other travelers, you will want to add yourself as the travel coordinator.   After creating the traveler profile, log into Travelport as the user, click Online Reservations, then click on the Travel Coordinator link on the Fast Access Menu.  Click Add a Coordinator and select yourself then click Save.  You can now login with your own user id and book on behalf of your assigned travelers.

TRAVELERS WHO WILL BE ASSIGNING THEIR TRAVEL COORDINATORS must first create their own User Id. Once created, log into Travelport, click Online Reservations, then click on the Travel Coordinator link on the Fast Access Menu.  You should then click Add a Coordinator and select the travel arranger you would like to book on your behalf and click Save.   If you do not see your desired coordinator, please check with them to make sure they have created their own User Id.

For assistance in booking on behalf of other travelers, please reference the Travel Coordinator Guide.
