I have made my reservation but my travel plans have changed. What do I do now?
You can either call the airline directly and have them change your reservation and reissue your ticket, or you can call us and we will make the changes for you for an additional service fee of $25 per ticket. In addition, please remember, the majority of airlines charge fees or penalties to change their reservations.
How do I cancel my reservations?
You need to call the airline directly and have them cancel your reservation. If you have purchased a non refundable or penalty ticket, it is extremely important that you cancel that reservation before the flight departs. The airlines may allow you to use your cancelled ticket up to one year from date of issuance for credit on another flight on their airline. They do NOT allow you to use your ticket for future travel if you have NOT cancelled your reservation before the flight departs.
I booked a flight and have not received the confirmation.
You should receive an email confirmation from us within 24 hours. If it has been longer than 24 hours, you may have provided us with an incorrect email address or your email service provider may have blocked us. Please send us an email at ict@traveline.com advising that you have not received your confirmation. Please include the last name under which the reservation was placed and a phone number where we can reach you. We will respond to your email upon receipt.
Will the price of my ticket increase when I get to the airport?
Airfares are guaranteed at the time of purchase and ticket issuance. Once you have received your "ticketing confirmation" from us, your air fare is guaranteed and will remain so unless you choose to make changes to your reservations.
How can I review the seat assignments that I have selected?
Your seat assignments will be listed on the "Ticketing Confirmation" email that you receive from us, unless the airline is unable to assign your seat, in which case we will notify you of that. You can also check your assignments on your airline's website. You can check in for your flight and print boarding passes on many of the airline websites as well.
I just booked a flight and gave the wrong email address. Now what should I do?
Just send us an email with the correct address. We'll be happy to forward your confirmation.
Can I change the form of payment on my ticket?
Sorry, once the ticket is issued we cannot change the form of payment.
If I need to cancel this reservation for a refund, what is the time limit?
If the ticket you have purchased is fully refundable, you need to cancel prior to the flight departure to receive your refund. If the ticket you have purchased is a non refundable ticket, you still need to cancel prior to the flight departure so that you can apply your non refundable ticket towards future travel on the same airline. Most airlines allow you to use a portion of an old non refundable ticket towards the payment of future travel (normally within 1 year of the date of purchase) for an additional service fee.
I am trying to book a flight and the price has increased three times during this process!
Fares are never guaranteed by the airline until the tickets are issued. The air fare is directly related to the number of seats available for sale on the aircraft, and that "availability" is strictly governed by the individual airlines. Unfortunately, we have no control over what seats and fares the airlines allow to be made available or reserved at discount rates.
I just purchased a ticket on your website. Will you be mailing me my ticket?
Tickets are electronic, so there is really nothing to mail. All you need is to take your email ticketing confirmation from your airline to the airport with you along with your government issued photo ID for domestic flights, and your passport for International flights.
